This is an exciting opportunity to join a established energy provider as a Credit Control, Admin and Customer Service Advisor based in Rotherham S60
40 hours working week 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break)
£8.77 per hour
Role mix of Credit Control, admin and customer service.
Key contacts - small, medium enterprises to chase outstanding balances on accounts to secure payment and reduce bad debt charges. Dealing with complaints and customer queries. Must be able to handle complaints and objection handling.
Setting up direct debits, managing an inbox.
Outbound calls for debt chasing.
Experience of this would be great, need someone to hit the ground running.
Liaising with various teams to get customer queries resolved.
Contacting customers for payment of overdue invoices by phone, email and letter.
Reconciliation of accounts including complex cash allocation.
Providing a reliable and trustworthy customer service whilst taking ownership of customer queries and complaints.
Safely and accurately maintain customer related information and records.
Working with other teams in the business to ensure delays to payments by customers are eliminated.
Meet telephony based targets and cash collection statistics.
