We’re looking for an experienced credit collector to join this fast growing, dynamic finance company at their HQ in Finchley. The perfect candidate will have a firm and polite telephone manner, a positive attitude and resilience to handle debtor/client complaints and queries. You’ll have the opportunity to work towards a 20% bonus too!
Working hours at 9am-5.30pm, Monday through to Friday. There are a number of excellent benefits to be had at this company including 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, a substantial bonus scheme in addition to Healthshield benefits.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of calls per day, efficiently and professionally
- Negotiating payment plans with customers on the phone
- Handling queries and complaints from third parts
- Using the CRM system to update and maintain customer files
You will have at least one year of experience in a similar position, keen to make your mark at a company that is scaling quickly. You’ll be happy working as a team on autonomously, working to the max in any situation.
