An overseas banking institution wish to recruit within the credit administration team with a focus on agency and secondary loans, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties.

Overview

Assessing the feasibility of corporate loan documents (Facility Agreement, Sub Participations, Agency documents and Security agents role).

Ensure that the minimum requirements for drawdown are achieved prior to disbursement (facility agreement and term sheets are executed, credit approval is in place.

Onboarding of facilities both on the Banks in house system and Banks internal drives.

Successful and timely co-ordination between Front Office, Credit and Back Office to ensure timely disbursements of all facilities.

Handing over loans to the loan administration team for post disbursement operational activities.

Process agency business, writing of agency and security agency procedures.

Experience/Skills:

No less than 3-4 years credit administration experience

Experience of working on Agency and secondary loans

Strong MS office skills
