Our client is a leading financial institution seeking a Loan & Credit Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience in credit and loan operations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing, collaborative team and work across a wide portfolio of complex lending structures—including agency, sub-participation, bilateral, and syndicated deals.

What makes this role stand out?
You'll be the go-to person ensuring loan notices are accurately circulated, drawdowns are processed with precision, and internal systems reflect real-time loan activity. Your attention to detail and calm approach under pressure will be key to keeping transactions moving seamlessly from start to finish.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Managing drawdowns, interest rate fixings, and fee notices

  • Handling queries with agents, clients, and internal teams

  • Updating reconciliation reports to maintain data integrity

  • Supporting loan lifecycle events in a multi-system environment

You'll thrive if you:

  • Are confident using Excel for interest and fee calculations

  • Have a background in bilateral and sub-participation loan admin

  • Communicate clearly and can juggle deadlines without breaking stride

  • Bring a proactive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Speak Mandarin (advantageous but not essential)

Please note: This is a full-time office-based role, five days per week.

If you’re ready to be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
