Creative Team Administrator
A fantastic 3rd sector organisation is looking for a switched-on and proactive administrator for a new opportunity within one of their creative teams. Primarily projects based, this role will require you to be adaptable and be able to demonstrate a wide variety of skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
All round project and office support including offering a front of house client service
Expert production of content for marketing collateral and web platforms
Assistance in recruitment processes such as monitoring of records and databases
Management of internal and external meetings including booking rooms and coordinating equipment and supplies
Production of professional documents and correspondence including letters, emails, reports and briefings
Management of changing and conflicting diaries in line with team schedules and deadlines
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an excellent attention to detail, strong levels of communication skills, both written and verbal, and can exercise a sensitive approach to their workload.
