A fantastic 3rd sector organisation is looking for a switched-on and proactive administrator for a new opportunity within one of their creative teams. Primarily projects based, this role will require you to be adaptable and be able to demonstrate a wide variety of skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • All round project and office support including offering a front of house client service

  • Expert production of content for marketing collateral and web platforms

  • Assistance in recruitment processes such as monitoring of records and databases

  • Management of internal and external meetings including booking rooms and coordinating equipment and supplies

  • Production of professional documents and correspondence including letters, emails, reports and briefings

  • Management of changing and conflicting diaries in line with team schedules and deadlines

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an excellent attention to detail, strong levels of communication skills, both written and verbal, and can exercise a sensitive approach to their workload.
