Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Driver to join our team in Shirley, Solihull. If you have a valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) card, proven crane operation experience, strong references, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform daily pre-start checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the construction team to assist in lifting and moving materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operation activities.
  • Ensure the crane is kept clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS card (Crane Operator category).
  • Proven experience as a crane operator.
  • Strong references from previous employers.
  • Availability to work on Mondays.
  • Excellent safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
