These are a mix of permanent and temporary posts and the successful candidates will be placed in the most appropriate teams to give them the experience that they need to develop into the role, but they should be prepared to work anywhere in Aberdeen City HSCP according to service need.
The core hours of work for community staff are between 08:00 and 16:30 and include working some weekends.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication and team working skills and be committed to delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients in their own homes. Post-registration and/or community experience is desirable, however, applications from other registered nurses who have a passion for working in the community may also be considered.
Please state clearly in your application if you are interested in full or part time hours or wish to be considered for both. If you have a preference for a particular area of the city this should also be stated clearly.
Applications for Community Nursing posts will be reviewed weekly on Thursdays, so if you are interested please do not wait for the closing date before you apply.
