We`re seeking candidates for this COVID Marshal vacancy who have great customer service skills, a genuine passion for people, and who can work in a very dynamic role.

In this busy COVID testing role, you will be responsible for ensuring the orderly entry of subjects into the testing site, providing guidance to subjects on swabbing as requested, ensuring the cleaning of the booths, ensuring social distancing is maintained in subject queueing areas, encouraging participants to register at their desks or in cars to reduce queues, greeting participants upon arrival, ask them to sanitise their hands, and assisting those who might not have the relevant digital information such as phone number and email address.

The successful candidate will start on 13-04-21, will work 37 hours per week between 0530 and 1630 between Monday and Sunday (at present, these roles are working Monday to Friday but candidates must be available Monday to Sunday), the rate of pay for this role is £13.32 per hour, it`s based in Belfast`s Dargan area (BT3), and our client expects this vacancy to last between 3 and 6 months.

Candidates must have fluent oral and written English, must have GCSE English or the equivalent of that qualification, must have good numeracy skills, and excellent customer service skills.
