Job Title: Covid 19 Team Administrator- Central Stock Team

Base: TBC

Salary: Band 3 – £19,737 to £21,142 pa, pro rata

Hours per week: 37.5

Fixed Term contract/Secondment opportunity for up to 12 months

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust has been an integral part of the response to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic for the Gloucestershire region.

The creation of a central Stock team to manage PPE distribution has been an integral part of proving safe working practices for Trust Colleagues and the people who use our services.

We are looking for an individual who is looking for a new challenge and career development by joining this new team in a changing climate. The post holder you will be working in the newly developed COVID-19 Central Stock Management Team to support the effective and efficient delivery of the team.

The postholder will work closely with the Central Stock Team Manager to develop robust administration and team communication processes including supporting rota planning and management of requests for PPE stock.

We are a forward thinking trust which utilises mobile working with the use of a laptop and smart phone devices, facilitating effective and efficient access to patient records to enable contemporaneous recording and up to date patient information.

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
