You could be working for a company with over 30 years of delivering top quality IT Solutions nationwide. The role would include travelling to either Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield or Chesterfield to cover for/assist Sales Managers in their departments.
You will be responsible for;
- Identifying individual training needs
- Coach, develop and improve sales ability
- Conduct KPI meetings with Account Managers
- Be part of the sales meetings with the Sales Managers & General Managers
- Travel to the various sites
