Do you have experience mentoring your own team in a sales capacity? Do you want to have the ability to manage various offices meeting more and more people in a huge company?

You could be working for a company with over 30 years of delivering top quality IT Solutions nationwide. The role would include travelling to either Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield or Chesterfield to cover for/assist Sales Managers in their departments.

You will be responsible for;

  • Identifying individual training needs
  • Coach, develop and improve sales ability
  • Conduct KPI meetings with Account Managers
  • Be part of the sales meetings with the Sales Managers & General Managers
  • Travel to the various sites

My client are turning over £180 Million per/year and are growing annually. They also run an annual reward scheme which has seen employee go to Las Vegas, South Africa & Singapore over the last few years.
