Job Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre prepared work. A successful Cover Supervisor must be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher.
• Ensure students complete assigned work set by the teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
• Support students with questions and encourage engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and professional presence.
