In this Cover Supervisor role, you will working through the school to support lessons when the teacher is on leave. This Cover Supervisor role for someone with a lot of confidence and a resilient character. You will be working with an array of students from those high achievers to those who require more support.
In taking this position, you will work across all year groups and deliver a lesson which has been pre-planned. You will be effective in ensuring the behaviour of the class is productive and follow through with behaviour management schemes when necessary.
