We are looking for confident and dependable Cover Supervisors to join our secondary schools in the Heswall area. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for managing a classroom, this role is for you.

The Cover Supervisor role is a key position within our schools, responsible for maintaining a structured and effective learning environment when a teacher is absent. You will be at the front of the classroom, ensuring students stay on task with their learning objectives and managing classroom dynamics. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

Role Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Location: Heswall, Wirral (CH60, CH61)

Duties:

• Actively supervising students and managing their behaviour.
• Distributing and collecting pre-prepared work.
• Answering student questions and offering guidance on the assigned tasks.
• Taking the daily register accurately.
• Reporting any behavioural or progress issues to the appropriate staff.
• Ensuring all school policies and procedures are followed.
