We are looking for a proactive and confident Cover Supervisor to support our secondary schools in Bebington. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a crucial role in a dynamic school setting.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for stepping in to manage a classroom and ensure the smooth continuation of lessons during a teacher's absence. Your main focus will be on maintaining a positive and productive learning environment by ensuring students are on task with the pre-planned work. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, organised, and enjoys a challenge.

Role Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Location: Birkenhead, Wirral (CH41, CH42)

Duties:

• Actively supervising students and managing their behaviour.
• Distributing and collecting pre-prepared work.
• Ensuring all school policies and procedures are followed.
• Answering student questions and offering guidance on the assigned tasks.
• Taking the daily register accurately.
• Reporting any behavioural or progress issues to the appropriate staff.
