We are looking for a proactive and confident Cover Supervisor to support our secondary schools in Bebington. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a crucial role in a dynamic school setting.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for stepping in to manage a classroom and ensure the smooth continuation of lessons during a teacher's absence. Your main focus will be on maintaining a positive and productive learning environment by ensuring students are on task with the pre-planned work. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, organised, and enjoys a challenge.

Role Title: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Location: Bebington, Wirral (CH62, CH63)

Duties:

• Supervising the classroom and managing student behaviour.
• Ensuring students are focused on the work set for the lesson.
• Answering general questions and providing support to students.
• Accurately taking the class register.
• Collecting completed work and reporting back to the appropriate staff.
• Enforcing school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
