Who --> seeking a motivated and personable candidate to work as a Cover Manager?

What --> Assign cover supervisors/teachers to work and monitor student behaviour in the absence of the classroom teacher along with chipping in with covering classes in the absence of teaching staff.

The ideal person is one who is confident, dedicated, a strong role model, and has a positive outlook towards life. These individuals can be asked to ensure cover is provided at short notice, along with covering lessons when short staffed. Cover Managers ensure that there is no gaps with in the timetable and that students have the relevant cover for their lessons

Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Previous Experience working with students.
• Updated DBS

It would be desirable that you have worked in a similar position or have worked as a cover supervisor for a number of years.
