Court of Protection Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate) with 4-8 years' PQE sought for L500 ranked team
The Role
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor into their market-leading, Legal 500 ranked department.
This role is focused solely on property and financial affairs. The team advise a range of clients who have lost capacity due to serious injury, medical negligence or birth injuries, as well as age-related conditions such as dementia. The firm have a separate team to cover all health and welfare matters.
This is a growth hire, to support the continued development of the London team. The successful candidate will be working directly with the head of department, as well as a number of industry leading partners on high value, complex, sometimes international cases.
The team have particular expertise in working with clients who have received multi-million-pound settlements as a result of serious injury, medical negligence or as a result of criminal injury.
The successful candidate will ideally take on some management responsibility, of up to 4 direct reports. If desired, the firm offer formal line management training.
