My clients seeking an experienced COURIER OPERATIONS CLERK based within the Heathrow area.

Daily duties would include:

  • Dealing with courier imports and exports
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • POD updates
  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Liaising with oversea agents
  • Motioning shipments
  • Updating clients on their shipments
  • Booking collections and deliveries
  • Providing collection notes
  • Labelling shipments

Skill needed:

  • Previous experience within courier operations/ customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Outstanding admin skills
  • PC literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work well under pressure

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 09:00-18:00
