About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our successful Countryside Access and Operations Team dealing with our countryside estate management contract. The work will mainly involve contract monitoring, liaison and record keeping to ensure our 10,000 acre countryside estate is maintained, protected and enhanced for the benefit of all.
You should have experience of managing contracts and partnership arrangements, be diplomatic with a proven ability to build relationships with key partners.
A good understanding of countryside management and access issues is essential and you should be able to show an understanding of property and land use agreements, such as leases and licences.
You will be good at monitoring and recording results, with ability to analyse situations, collate and present accurate information.
You should be confident in dealing with often sensitive matters under pressure and be prepared to involve yourself in all aspects of the varied workload. The work involves site visits, meetings and office-based work across the whole county of Surrey. A driving licence is essential.
