Costumer Technical Support Specialist - Leeds (remote) £30,000 - £40,000
A global organization specialising in mission-critical services and solutions is looking for a Costumer Support Specialist to operate in a tier 3 environment supporting, troubleshooting, triage, requirements gathering and managing SQL queries.
A combination of the following skills is required:
- Excellent technical customer support experience
- Knowledge of SQL and managing SQL queries
- Knowledge of Kira, and enterprise software is beneficial
- Knowledge of the public health industry and Maven is a plus.
