Costumer Service Exectuve/ Account Handler

Our Client a successful national furniture hire company is looking for a Customer Sales Executive/ Accounts Handler to join the Sales Team at their Harlow Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an exciting and growing company.

Basic full time salary: £18,000 - £20,000 DOE additional competitive bonus scheme

Key Tasks:

Providing sales support to the Sales Manager
•Responsible for increasing sales revenue by persuading potential customers to hire the organization’s products and services
•Processing quotes and orders
•Responsible for contacting existing customer base by telephone
•Collecting information, conducting follow-up calls and updating and maintaining CRM database
•Resolve customer enquiries/queries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner
•Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services
•Achieve KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s) to meet overall business goals and objectives
Overall Purpose:

To increase sales revenue via targeted sales and marketing campaigns to meet overall business goals and objectives. Additional tasks as required

Work Experience Essential:
•Excellent communicator and good communication skills
•Excellent keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette
•A minimum of 3 year’s sales/customer service experience
•PC literate and confident with using a CRM package

Competencies Required:
•Customer Ethos - take ownership of customer enquiries
•Understand the needs of the customer whilst taking into account the needs of the company
•Communication - ability to effectively communicate in writing and over the telephone
•Problem Solving - identify and resolve issues and problems in a timely manner
•PC and Keyboard Skills - capture customer information and complete transactions
•Relationship Building - develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues, to enhance performance and build trust
