Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Costs Administration to joiin a well know firm of solicitors in Sheffield. The role will start asap and last for around 2-4 weeks with the option to go permanent
The Assistant will join our highly successful costs team in our Sheffield office to provide a proactive, professional and high quality administrative support service. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-talented legal and non-legal experts within a professional services environment.
With a passion for administration and supporting colleagues, you will take pride in delivering a first class service to our staff. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured supervision and coaching to help you learn and develop within a commercial setting.
As a Costs Administration Assistant, you will need to be a strong team player, with outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively. You will therefore need to have previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone, drafting relevant correspondence including emails and performing data input tasks. The role requires a conscientious individual, who can work off their own initiative and is always willing to learn. You will need to be enthusiastic and dependable, with great communication and time management skills, as well as having excellent attention to detail.
