One of my key clients within the Yeovil area is currently recruiting for a Cost Analyst.
The aim of this role is to assist the production areas to correctly load product costing data onto the in house system (SAP). This role will be working closely with internal departments in order to resolve any discrepancies or queries accordingly surrounding the data provided.
This role will include:
- Identifying any errors relating to data provided
- Collating costing information
- Liaising with internal departments to obtain the current product range for any errors found
- Data mining
- Cleansing own data
- Gathering alternate cost data
- Reporting on various product costing outputs using Microsoft Excel
- High degree of computer literacy including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Logical approach
- Be numerical and able to demonstrate financial awareness
