.Experienced Administrator required for Hull City Centre Finance Company. Excellent salary and benefits package on offer for the successful candidates.

As a Correspondence Administrator, your job will be to;

Communicate with customers via letter, email and other communication routes to deal with customer queries, complaints and requests for information. You will respond clearly, concisely and accurately, providing answers and advising on next steps.

Produce data in report format using Excel.

Resolving complex issues and liaising with third parties where appropriate.

Interested applicants should have well developed communications skills, both written and oral. Be confident in composing concise and well written correspondence using Word and outlook. Have an excellent telephone manner and pay close attention to detail.
