Corporate Solicitor 6+ PQE

The Role: We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a top tier firm in their Manchester office. You'll manage your workload, assist on corporate transactions, and provide company law advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate transactional and advisory work for diverse clients
  • Support lead advisers and supervise junior lawyers
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents
  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
  • Engage in business development and client meetings
  • Train and develop junior team members
  • Achieve financial and chargeable targets

About You:

  • 6+ years PQE with proven experience in private M&A
  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and drafting skills
  • Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
