Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate)
£60,000 - £80,000 DOE
Our client is a multiple award-winning, national law firm with several offices across key locations in the UK. The firm have won awards on a national level including National Law Firm of the Year and they’re both Top Tier Legal 500 and Top Ranked UK Chambers.
The firm work with a broad range of clients including FTSE 250 companies, the UK’s largest financial institutions, internationally-recognised technology companies as well as exciting start-ups.
The firm’s network of offices come together to work as one national team and there is a non-hierarchical feel to all departments.
The firm are currently looking for Corporate Lawyer, a particular expertise in private equity and/or venture capital would be greatly beneficial.
This opportunity will give you the chance to work closely and advise the firm’s internal external client base consisting of mainly medium to large corporates and financial institutions.
What Do I Need To Apply?
The ideal candidate will be a 5 yr qualified Solicitor with a wealth of Corporate Law experience
You will have a strong track record of developing junior Lawyers, supervising and providing specialist support
Excellent business development skills including article production, presentations and updates on the website
