Corporate Solicitor - Manchester (1-4 PQE)

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a talented Corporate Solicitor to join a leading national corporate team based in Manchester. This role is perfect for a transactional solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE looking to work closely with highly regarded Partners and senior team members on a wide range of corporate transactions.

You will gain hands-on experience across M&A, capital markets, private equity, company secretarial, and management company work. The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of partner engagement and exposure to significant, high-value transactions while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Advising on a variety of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, and real estate asset transactions.

• Working closely with Partners, Senior Associates, and the wider national corporate team.

• Providing clear, commercially focused corporate advice in a timely and competent manner.

• Supporting company secretarial and management company requirements.

• Driving business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management.
