A national legal 500 firm is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of a corporate solicitor to their team.

The successful candidate will be a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with corporate law matters within a city, national of large regional practice. The team deal with a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, restructuring corporate finance, joint ventures, IPOs. The clients include many household names and the commercial quality of the work is probably the highest in the area and they regularly deal with big ticket work.

This role may suit either a Cambridgeshire based lawyer looking to make the step up in terms of firms that are perhaps not envisaging progression prospects at their current firm. Or alternatively, the role may be suitable for London based Lawyers based or interested in relocating to Cambridge but who do not want to take a step back in terms of commercial work quality.
