This leading regional firm is in the midst of significant expansion to bolster their impressive growth over recent years. They are a leading provider of commercial legal services to private and public sector clients throughout the UK, Europe and beyond and are currently looking to appoint a Corporate Transactional lawyer to join their Corporate team in Cardiff.
Your new role
Working with the Corporate team in Cardiff, with a focus on private equity and M&A, you will be running your own caseload of Corporate Transactional cases and supporting others in the team where necessary. You will be a highly motivated lawyer who combines excellent academic credentials with sound practical experience, commercial judgment and strong interpersonal skills. There will be the opportunity to develop future business for the firm; much of the work will come from London, so there will be an element of travel in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly motivated lawyer who is able to combine good academic credentials with sound practical experience. The firm are interested to speak with Corporate lawyers at all levels of qualification. You will need to have good business judgment and strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to articulate a genuine interest in Corporate Law and be committed to developing as a lawyer. You should be articulate with a genuine interest in the subject and be committed to your continuing development as a lawyer.
