I’m working with a Top 100 UK national law firm that’s highly regarded for its work with mission-driven clients across the charity, education, faith, business, and private client sectors. They’re looking for a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join their Corporate & Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis, with a high degree of flexibility, a healthy work/life balance, and real room to contribute strategically to the business.

Structuring businesses and partnerships (LLPs, LPs, and more)
Shareholder agreements, investment rounds, and governance
Commercial negotiations and risk management
Who they’re looking for:
4+ PQE Solicitor with a background in corporate and/or banking & finance law
Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and junior team members
An interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations (prior charity/social enterprise experience welcome but not essential)
