Corporate Sales Support Administrator

Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd have registered an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Support Administrator to join our longstanding client based in Oxford on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain experience within a growing, reputable business, which offers the opportunity for progression.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, take pride in the accuracy of their work, have great attention to detail, and understand the importance of meeting SLA's.

Working closely with the Sales Team, the role will be to prepare data for quotation, ensuring all data entered is accurate. Alongside this you will ensure all enquiries received are correctly recorded and handled to meet compliance.

Job role: Sales Support Administrator - Data entry
Location: Oxford
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 pro rata
Contract: Permanent - Part Time and Flexible working hours available (Ideally 25 hours)

Primary duties;
*Ensure all enquiries are correctly recorded and tenders are prepared in line with broker/customer requirements
*Accurately input data to prepare tenders for quotation.
*Handle all customer data compliantly to meet data protection requirements
*Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
*Complete all tasks in line with our SLAs.

Candidate specification;
*Experience of working in an administration role
*Strong computing skills and experience of using Microsoft Excel.
*Experience of data entry and completing this task to a high level of accuracy.
*Experience of working in a fast paced changing environment.
*Experience of working towards targets.
*Minimum GCSE grade of C or above for Maths and English or equivalent.
