Westerly BMW/MINI in Exeter currently have a vacancy for a Corporate Sales Administrator to join the team.

What will the role include?

They are looking for Corporate Sales Administrator who will take a keen interest in their clients and customers ensuring that their vehicle requirements are consistently met. You will want to go that extra mile to support the Corporate Sales Executives, ensuring that vehicle order details are correct, collate contract of sales, liaise with their clients and customers to resolve queries and vehicle specifications, place orders articulately with the Manufacturers and other Representatives, negotiate with end users in relation to vehicle delivery destinations, arrange the logistics and Agency or Casual drivers to make the deliveries at the pre-agreed times in order not to disappoint clients, organise the invoicing and collection of payments, credit control to ensure that payments are received prior to vehicle delivery and general administration for the department amongst other ad hoc duties.

What are they looking for?

A firm but courteous approach is essential as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong organisational ability, articulacy, above average listening ability and a solid administration skillset. You will want to deliver outstanding levels of customer care whilst creating a positive impression. You should be a naturally personable and vibrant character who is able to build rapports quickly with their clients and customers during telephone conversations and via electronic communications. You will be presentable, reliable and willing to offer a 5 star service. Previous Administration experience, preferably in a Corporate or Fleet sales environment, is pre-requisite. Knowledge of any DMS and car leasing procedures would be an advantage.
