Corporate Receptionist

A global leading financial consultancy is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis. You will assist with any front of house and reception duties as well as any administration required.


  • Managing the office diary
  • Managing the switchboard
  • Managing the administration of staff ID's
  • Arranging couriers and managing any issues
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationary
  • Assisting with daily mail duties
  • Liaising with building maintenance and the main reception
  • Welcoming visitors

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years corporate reception experience
  • Great communications skills
  • Experience dealing with complex issues and keeping calm under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Immaculate attention to detail
