Corporate Receptionist

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work for this global investment company based in the West End

You will provide an excellent 5* service to visiting high networth clients
Responsibilities will include a full range of reception duties:-

being the first port of call for office
be the point of contact for facility related issues
provide admin support to the manager and team
organise travel and visas
Managing meeting rooms, and tidying up after each meeting, set up teas and coffees
Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies; ensuring sufficient stock level at all times;
Managing incoming post and distributing, book couriers and taxis

Person Spec
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of practical experience at a senior receptionist level with admin support
Previous experience of working within an Investment company is desirable
Team player with a "can do" attitude;
Outstanding client service attitude;
Flexible when schedules and requirements change;
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
Excellent inter personal skills across all levels;
Smart and presentable with excellent work ethic;
Appropriate computer skills and ability to manage Outlook effectively;

This is a temporary - permanent positon
Salary £25K - £30K
