Bennett Hay are recruiting for an engaging and polished Receptionist to join our team in the provision of 5-star hospitality services for a high profile corporate client.
Our client is a leading global communications marketing firm, demanding 5 star service for all of their guests and on-site staff. Bennett Hay are responsible for delivering a seamless guest service, exceeding guest expectations and creating a truly memorable experience.
Working as a member of our elite reception team, you will play your part in creating the best first impression on behalf of our client, ensuring that guests have a smooth transition through the building and to their host.
You will be responding to a variety of support requests from the client and their guests, providing a concierge service of the highest standard.
You will be helping to manage the clients meeting spaces, coordinating requests, and ensuring hospitality requirements are met.
What are we looking for?
You will have experience of working as a Receptionist in a prestigious corporate environment, and you will understand what 5-star guest service looks like.
You will be passionate and innovative in your Guest Service delivery.
You will have good communication skills, with excellent English both written and spoken, and a friendly and positive personality.
As an experienced Receptionist will be pro-active, organised and able to multi-task, using the business tools available to you to run an efficient and effective operation.
What we offer...
- A salary of £23,920, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern covering 8am to 7pm.
