Our client, a prestigious W1 based Management Consultancy has an opportunity for an immaculately presented, polished, warm and professional Corporate Receptionist to provide exceptional client service and act as an Ambassador to this highly regarded company.

2 days per week - to be negotiated!

Requirements:

*Good standard of education
*Previous corporate reception experience, strong customer service background or airline / hospitality experience
*MS Office skills
*Exceptional client focus
*Articulate and well spoken manner
*Confident, proactive approach
*Willing and enthusiastic nature
*Polished presentation and immaculate grooming
*Willingness to work 2 days per week

Responsibilities:

*Operating a switchboard
*Reserving and preparing meeting rooms
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
*Booking couriers
*Booking catering and organising lunches
