We are looking for a driven and experienced corporate receptionist for a fantastic permanent opportunity in the heart of Manchester’s thriving city centre. If you are an experienced receptionist who prides themselves on providing a first-class customer service and has previously carried out a role in a busy, corporate environment then this could be the role for you. The successful applicant must possess experience in the follow responsibilities:
Management of a busy switchboard, transferring calls, taking messages and passing on in a timely and efficient manner
Expert meet and greet of clients and visitors in a professional and polite manner
Management of meeting rooms including bookings and provision of refreshments
Working as part of a wider team in order to provide and excellent level of service
Ad hoc administrative duties including usage of Microsoft Office applications
