Our client is a family-owned and run property company that specializes in creating the right environments for a wide variety of businesses to succeed. They are based in Birmingham central and have over 110 properties across four UK cities. They are looking to recruit a new member to the front of house team.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience working within a fast paced environment that will be demanding and would require a flexible individual who is able to spin plates and multi task.
Has exceptional customer service skills
Be professional and presentable at all times.
Have a wealth of Front of House and Reception experience.
Have previous Switchboard experience.
Be confident taking calls from virtual businesses.
You will have business centre experience or serviced office FOH experience, experience of multi tasking in a professional environment.
