A leading and world renowned Private Office with key property interests are actively seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their team (50+). Located in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea in absolutely stunning offices you will work alongside another Receptionist working the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday to ensure the smooth running of the offices. To be considered for this rare opportunity you must be articulate, immaculately presented to be the representative of the company, you will have experiences in running a Front of House where you will have met with high profile individuals/UHNW’s, be able to work independently at times, be confident in your abilities and able to handle challenges with ease and poise.
A busy role where daily you will assist with meeting & greeting UHNWI’s, scheduling/booking meeting space, organising refreshments, postal duties, organising couriers, booking taxis and travel, acting as the gatekeeper, answering and transferring calls, taking detailed messages, email management, keeping the reception area in pristine condition and supporting with administrative/team support also.
