Corporate Receptionist - City Based - £28,000-£30,000
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to provide 5* customer service within a boutique finance house located in the City.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime to work in a role that is progressive and start as a corporate receptionist and learn everything about the business and grow.
You will work on reception and your duties will include the following:
- Answering and screening confidential calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Stock replenishing
- Ensuring all commune areas are kept presentable and tidy at all times
- Provide cross-coverage for support staff on sickness/holidays
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
The ideal candidate will be punctual and reliable with excellent communication skills. You will be bright, articulate and have a real can do attitude. You will be corporately presented with a warm and friendly approach.
