Your new company
You will be working for a well established animal cruelty prevention charity who have been in existence for over a 100 years. You would be working out of their beautiful rural headquarters based just outside of Horsham, West Sussex.

Your new role
You will be supporting the corporate partnerships management & development teams and help them secure & deliver corporate partnerships so they can add value for the charity as well as influencing their animal welfare policies. This is a 6 month fixed term contract role, but there could be a high possibility that it would progress to a permanent position.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
? Co-ordination and administrative support as required by the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Development Manager.
? Organising meetings and brainstorms for the corporate partnerships team. Creating and distributing meeting agendas, recording and sharing meeting notes and actions.
? Day to day co-ordination of the corporate employee volunteering programme. This includes clear communication with corporate contacts and relevant colleagues.
? Managing the corporate email inbox and responding to approaches from companies wanting to work with the charity.
? Working with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to organize and deliver the corporate fundraising event.
? Working with the Senior Corporate Development Manager to organise and deliver corporate engagement events.
? Promoting a 'partnership culture across the charity by building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
? Carrying out prospect research as required by the Senior Corporate Development Manager.
? Ensure the corporate partnerships team regularly updates information on corporate partners on the fundraising supporter database.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working in a small to medium sized team in an administrative aspect, ideally having some form of involvement within event organisation/management. Ideally you'll have a good working knowledge of the UK corporate sector and an understanding of animal welfare policies. You will be a strong communicator, proven organisational skills, excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and CRM experience, and posses a great eye for detail. You as a person will confident and self assured, while also being resilient and tenacious. You will be self motivated and enthusiastic while also being adaptable to change. Occasionally you will have to undertake planned travel sometimes including overnight stays. You will be available to work Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30. You must be available to interview the week commencing 19th March.
