The Role: Corporate Partner
As a Corporate Partner, you’ll lead on a range of transactions from inception to completion. This includes mergers & acquisitions, share & asset purchase agreements and general corporate commercial matters.
You’ll also:
- Oversee and supervise team members to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Build and grow your caseload through active business development and networking
- Provide leadership in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
About You:
We’re looking for a Solicitor with:
- Extensive experience in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions
- A proven ability to lead and run transactions with minimal supervision
- Strong business development skills and a track record of building lasting client relationships
- Leadership qualities to mentor and supervise junior team members effectively
