Experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial experience is essential, and you will be able to lead from inception to completion in drafting and negotiating share & assets purchase agreements. You will be an active business developer in order to gain business and build your own caseload.

Your role as a Corporate Partner will involve: 

• To be able to lead and run transactions
• Supervision of team members
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
