Corporate / Commercial Paralegal Sheffield £20,000 - £25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of our boutique clients in Sheffield for a corporate / commercial paralegal who is looking for a challenging new role. The client is a rapidly growing firm which has recently been winning countless awards for both the firm and its Partners, who are all extremely successful within their fields. The firm deals with specifically share plan agreements and incentives.

The Role:
*Assist on complex transactions on all aspects of share plan agreements (for example tax advantaged plans, share ownership and executive rewards)
*Working with the very best national and international clients

The Person:
*Will have a law degree from a highly ranked university with strong academic grades
*Having the LPC is desirable but not essential
*Commercial modules as electives is again desirable
*Strong experience working in the legal environment (ideally within a large top tier firm - ideal experience would be within banking, corporate, financial or transactional or tax department)
*Experience of handling clients
*Will be driven with general commercial awareness
