My client, a leading Legal 500 practice with various offices, are recruiting for their highly ranked corporate team.

You will join a highly thriving Corporate department who punch above their own weight with a wide and diverse range of clients with particular expertise in the manufacturing, freight, healthcare, professional services and recruitment sectors. The department boasts clients that include entrepreneurial individuals all the way through to major national corporations. The department has grown strongly in recent years and due to planned expansion is now seeking a solicitor to join their team.

You will come from a top regional or city firm and will ideally have experience in both Corporate and Commercial matters, either in your training contract or your current caseload. This role would be suitable for candidates in the North Home Counties or who are relocating to London who would consider working with a top regional practice close to the city.

Work includes private company M&A deals, with occasional AIM work and public equity deals. You will also undertake other corporate matters including finance agreements, management buyouts, development funding & selling, corporate governance, ownership structures, shareholder agreements and share option plans.
