ROLE

  • Be a key contributor to the team’s success, supporting the delivery of high-quality M&A transactions.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Manage and coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Maintain strong client relationships post-closing, addressing their ongoing legal needs.
  • Work alongside partners and colleagues to drive the growth of the corporate business, involving yourself in client targeting and business development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer.
  • A minimum of 2 years of PQE in Corporate M&A.
  • A proven track record of working on complex and high-profile transactions.
  • Strong technical legal skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and ambitious mindset, with a desire to take on new challenges and grow within the firm.
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for building long-lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and excellent communication skills.
