Location: Birmingham City Centre
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across within the Corporate Team, contributing to a high-performing team and gaining exposure to a wide range of legal processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms with accuracy.
  • Managing client files from start to finish, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Preparing financial documentation, including billing.
  • Organising case files using our electronic case management system.
  • Supporting the wider team with varied administrative tasks in a busy, full-service legal environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology.
  • Proficiency in electronic case management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
