£45,000 - £60,000 DOE

A leading Legal 500 ranked firm with a national presence and a powerhouse across the south-west. The firm are a full-service outfit but with particular strength in corporate/commercial, technology and real estate.

The Opportunity

There is a vacancy for a junior Corporate Lawyer to join a highly successful department in the firm’s central Bristol office. The department is non-hierarchical, meaning that there is the chance for genuine exposure to client-facing work from day one.

You will take part in shareholders’ and partnership agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations for local, national and international clients.

What do I need to apply?

As a minimum requirement, you will have sat a Corporate seat within your training contract

An eye for detail and meticulous in your work

Strong commercial acumen

An excellent communicator with the ability to break down complex matters for your clients
