We are currently looking to recruit a lawyer with 0 to 3 years PQE experience to join the Pinsent Masons Glasgow Corporate Group.

We are looking for strong corporate lawyers with experience in M&A (domestic and cross border) and (beneficial but not essential) private equity and/or corporate finance.

The Candidate Required

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City, or a strong national or regional, firm. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.

We have a strong sector focus in Advance Manufacturing, Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Insurance and Financial Services.
