This is a wonderful pportunity with a prestigious brand and you will need to be self-driven, innovative and proven in your abilities.
You will be required to proactively and professionally manage, grow and maximise sales and profitability through a team of Sales and Finance professionals. Implement robust plans that drive sales activity and identify growth while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As the Corporate / Fleet Sales Manager you will set a clear vision and strategy to enable your team to achieve KPIs, which also includes training, development, recruitment, retention, coaching, motivation and a focus on driving their performance.
In depth knowledge of the contract hire and leasing industry
General management of the Corporate / Fleet Sales team
Maximise the sale of vehicles to new and existing intermediaries
Target the team and plan sales strategies, measuring activity and performance
Assist with producing and managing annual sales budgets and marketing plans
Ensure satisfaction and retention of customers
Manage the customer service team ensuring resolutions are dealt with promptly with minimum cost implications
Recruit, train and develop Fleet Sales team
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Proven people management
Previous success in a demanding Corporate / Fleet Sales environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
High level of organisation
Robust character with an assertive nature
Ability to translate strategic intent into operational delivery
